This guide outlines the step-by-step process for users to register and log in to Nile Academy for the first time.

### 1. Registration

Get Started with Nile Academy:

**Steps:**

- Open the Register Now link in your browser for new registration.
- Fill in your details as required.
- A verification code will be sent to your registered email.
- Enter the code to verify your email and complete the self-registration process
- If Already enrolled, click on Already Registered

### 2. Admin Approval (By Nile Academy Site Admin)

Once the user has self-registered:

- The **Nile Academy Site Admin** will review and approve the registration request within 24 hours.
- During approval, the admin must ensure the following setting is enabled in the user profile by using "Edit" button in the request approval flow:
  - ✅ **“Require this user to change their password during first-time login”**

### 3.  Password Setup

After approval:

- The user will receive a **Welcome Email** from **“Nile”**.
- Click the **“Get Started”** link provided in the email.
- Follow the instructions to **set up a new password**.

### 4. Log in to Nile Academy

Once the password is set:

- Go to the Nile Academy login page.
- Log in using the Percipio credentials option & NOT corporate credentials
  - **Under percipio registered, use email address** and the **newly created password**.

### 5. Support

If you:

- Encounter issues with login or registration
- Have an **expired link**
- Do not receive the **welcome email**
